Disability Lump Sum cover from Bidvest Life is insurance that will pay out a lump sum if you become permanently disabled. This pay-out can provide for once-off costs like paying off your debt or making lifestyle changes, such as building a ramp if you are permanently disabled.
If you become permanently disabled, you can receive a partial or full payout of your selected cover amount. The percentage payment is based on how severe the disability is.
This cover is available to all occupations that qualify for Income Protection cover with Bidvest Life.
This cover is typically used to pay off your debt in the case of a permanent disability. Other once-off expenses may include vehicle and home modifications, specialised wheelchairs and custom-made prosthetics.
