What is it?

Critical Illness Lump Sum from Bidvest Life pays a partial or full lump sum (based on the severity of the condition) if you’re diagnosed with a listed critical illness.  

How does it work?

Critical Illness Lump Sum covers you for a specified list of events that pay between 25% and 100% of the chosen cover amount. The Extender Option can be selected to include cover for more than 100 extra events that pay between 5% and 15% of the cover amount.

Who can get cover?

Everyone can insure their income against serious illnesses.

What you need to know when applying

1) Benefits
You can select a combination of lump sum and income benefits when you take up both Critical Illness Lump Sum and Critical Illness Income from Bidvest Life. 

2) Cease Age
You can choose for your cover to stay in place until your selected retirement age or for the rest of your life.
